    Our implementation experience has helped us to develop a standard Amanat-HRMS Project Implementation Methodology.

    There are two practical routes.

  • Standard, Text–Book Implementation, whereby we follow our standard methodology.
  • Fast-Track Implementation. We tweak the process based on client’s priority. In most cases, it involves implementing ESS/MSS for Leave, then Payroll, then filling the details of employees in Amanat-HRMS.
  • We also understand that you have your current data in MS Excel or other software. We have standard MS Excel templates. Once you copy your data into these templates, we import the data directly into Amanat-HRMS. This eliminates populating master information manually. This is a one-time service provided only at the time of Amanat-HRMS implementation.

    We have developed several standard forms incorporating best practices and easy to use design. These are useful especially for HR processes that are not fully automated, or for rarely used HR processes.
